So, what’s my story?

I am a San Diego native who loves graphic design, building brand identities, & encouraging brand alignment & awareness. This trade is so much more than what looks cool or man I like that color…it is an intentional practice to show the value of the product or service, create an unforgettable experience, & nurture the heartbeat that keeps it alive. I love to mentor clients & companies as well as continue to evolve as a designer because just like our world design never stops changing. But why is this my passion, well long story short:

My dad was quite the athlete but also loved art. He’d always add a little flair to our school projects while my siblings & I were sleeping. He has made murals…you name it. From posters for Friday night football games to doodling on my arms & notebooks in class, I started to wonder how I could live a life that embraced my creativity & harnessed that joy.

With stellar grades & commitment to the women’s soccer team, I began studying communication design at California State University Monterey Bay. This central coast chapter of my life not only fueled me with the tools & passion for design but gave me the confidence that I needed to explain my work & its benefits. While in college, I saw my peers go on to design wine labels, Christmas Starbucks cups, & organic food packaging…I couldn’t wait to see what I could get my hands on.

After I graduated, there was a high design demand in Dallas & my family had relocated there, so I took the leap. I landed a Jr. Graphic Designer role quickly & have grown in the graphic design space ever since.

I currently live in Downtown Dallas. In my spare time, I enjoy game nights with my family & friends, traveling to find some good food & a new band, & playing with my puppies, Ellum & Prosper.
